Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Facility Management and/or Project Management.
• Experience with managing budgets and performance through KPI’s.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and troubleshooting of building systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all national, provincial, and municipal legislation.
• Manage the procurement of all supplies and services required for property/portfolio.
• Oversee the performance of a large portfolio with complex buildings.
