Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Facility Management and/or Project Management.
- Experience with managing budgets and performance through KPI’s.
- Strong knowledge of building operations and troubleshooting of building systems.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all national, provincial, and municipal legislation.
- Manage the procurement of all supplies and services required for property/portfolio.
- Oversee the performance of a large portfolio with complex buildings.
