Take ownership of client relationships, working directly with them, to strengthen connections and enhance overall client services. Your expertise will lead these important relationships forward.
Develop strategic tax planning solutions tailored to clients’ unique business needs.
Help clients navigate the complexities of Canadian Tax Matters, including corporate provisions, compliance succession, and estate planning, as well as reviewing T1, T2, and T3 returns as part of your advisory role
Utilize your in-depth technical expertise in corporate and personal tax planning and compliance to effectively resolve tax-related issues. Collaborate with clients and team members to develop effective tax solutions, establishing yourself as a reliable advisor who cares about their business success.
Coach and mentor, a team of colleagues on tax compliance, helping them walk in clients’ shoes by discussing tax planning options.
Contribute to our growing tax practice by understanding the comprehensive needs of clients’ businesses. Identify and unlock new opportunities to meet their objectives and introduce them to our firm’s diverse offerings.

Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors-your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $116,400-$166,400 in St. Catharines, ON. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
