Job Description

The Senior Manager Digital Commerce provides digital thought leadership to our online business with Pure Play OMNI retailers and On-Demand Delivery partners by providing expert insights and recommending actions on Assortment, Content, Search, DSP, Promotions & Loyalty. The role will also lead collaboration with Marketing on PESO (Paid‑Earned‑Shared & Owned Media) integration with Sales / DCOM.

What are we looking for
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience with Ecommerce / Digital Commerce and/or Sales is required. Experience with Marketing is an asset.
  • Courses and Certifications in Digital Commerce or Media would be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Commerce – Retail Digital Media Tools & Offerings, Content management, Assortment, Pricing & Promo strategies & KPIs.
  • Knowledge of Digital Commerce Data and Service Providers is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Influencing with & without authority is often required of this role.
  • This role requires a high level of proactiveness, initiative & accountability.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.
What will be your key responsibilities

Retailer Digital Media – Expert management of OMNI media resulting in stronger sales share & profit in channel. Aim for Tier‑1 TAS rank on DCOM thought leadership & business integration.

On‑Demand Delivery – Strategic management of ODD media & partners resulting in stronger sales share & profit in channel.

PESO Collaboration – Maximizing One Demand Collaboration and lead PESO‑integrated digital initiatives with support from Marketing CAL & SRM.

Data Reporting & Insights – Data Analysis, Reporting & Insight generation with clear actionable recommendations. Support Director in Resource optimization & Budgeting.

Capability Building – Lead Digital knowledge and capability building across One Demand teams. Support leadership in making the organization future‑ready and think digital first. Connect with global DCOM teams to learn and share best‑in‑class strategies & execution.
