Senior Manager, Data Products & Delivery
The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Product Owner to lead the definition, delivery, and lifecycle management of enterprise data products that enable secure, compliant, and value-driven use of data across the organization. This role bridges business needs with technology delivery, ensuring that data products improve decision‑making, and drive revenue, efficiency, while meeting regulatory requirements.

What you will do
  • Own the end-to-end data product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvements.
  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy, business priorities, and regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with business units, analytics teams, and technology partners to capture requirements, identify opportunities, and prioritize use cases.
  • Partner with cross-functional Product‑Oriented Delivery (POD) teams—data engineers, analysts, governance specialists—to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
  • Define and manage data product backlogs, set clear priorities, and communicate trade‑off decisions.
  • Oversee testing, quality assurance, and deployment processes to ensure products are trusted, compliant, and fit for purpose.
  • Act as the voice of the customer (internal stakeholders) in delivery cycles, ensuring solutions meet business objectives while complying with governance and security policies.
  • Embed governance‑by‑design in data product development, including metadata management, lineage tracking, and data quality rules.
  • Monitor product performance against defined KPIs, driving enhancements based on business value, usage analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in product ownership, data strategy, or analytics within the financial services sector.
Preferred
  • Certifications in Agile Product Ownership (CSPO, PSPO)
  • Familiarity with data governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience in Data Product delivery.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to bridge business, technical, and regulatory domains.
  • Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to prioritization and performance measurement.
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and influence without direct authority.
Success Measures
  • Adoption and usage growth of data products across business lines.
  • Re ccess Measures duction in time-to-insight for critical business decisions.
  • Compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Measurable business value generated (cost savings, revenue enablement, risk reduction).
