A leading consulting firm in Toronto seeks a Senior Manager of Corporate Communications to lead strategic internal communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in communication leadership, specifically within large organizations, and will work closely with C-suite executives. Responsibilities include developing communications strategies, engaging stakeholders, and mentoring a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

KPMG in Canada is looking for a seasoned and strategic communications leader to drive firm-wide internal communications and initiatives that support Clients and Markets as well as our HR agenda and People strategy.
Reporting to the Managing Director of Corporate Affairs, the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications will lead high-impact initiatives that strengthen KPMG’s culture, brand and employee experience. You’ll work closely with Clients and Markets and People leaders to deliver innovative and multi-channel internal communications that reflect business priorities, employee initiatives and programs and evolving market dynamics.
The Senior Manager is responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership and implementation of internal communications that inform, engage and support KPMG’s Partners and employees across Canada.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. The successful candidate will bring their 10+ years of communications leadership experience to develop innovative and impactful communications strategies, while also rolling up their sleeves to help execute.
