The incumbent will primarily be responsible for the successful development, delivery and management of customized training programs supporting Sun Pharma Canada's Innovative Medicines portfolio. The candidate is an integral component of training objectives, expectations, program development and execution in Canada.
The Senior Manager – Commercial Field Training, Canada is responsible for planning and executing training requirements supporting Sun Pharma Canada's Innovative Medicines portfolio, including required training tracked through the learning and development platform, role-based corporate curriculum and compliance training.

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $117,500 to $143,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; RRSP savings plan; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
