As a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence, you will take full accountability for the achievement of our business goals and own the execution of our BI strategy. and will be a champion of benefits realization and cost management. You will also play a central role in setting up efficient work models, including partnerships external to BI, achieving outstanding performance and continuous improvement. This role will support advanced analytics and Machine Learning solutions for Product, Underwriting and Pricing. It will focus on building, maintaining and modernizing an ecosystem of analytical solutions that integrates MLOps best practices to maximize the business value generated by our analytical solutions.
Expected salary range $114,021 - $164,000+.
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
