Senior Manager/Assistant Director (CMU) – Office of Strategy Management

As a Senior Manager/Assistant Director, you will drive organisational transformation and develop change management strategies across SingHealth. You will be involved in leading strategic projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders throughout the organisation. Your key responsibilities include:

Strategy and Project Management

Leading and managingend-to-endproject execution, including scope definition and implementation

Creating and evaluating business case models and success measurement frameworks

Designing and implementing operating model transformations

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies and stakeholder engagement frameworks

Designing and facilitating information gathering sessions through workshops, interviews, and focus group discussions

Conducting change readiness assessments and impact analyses

Developing and executing stakeholder management and training strategies

Organisational Development

Creating and maintaining change management tools and methodologies

Building change management capabilities across the organisation through coaching and knowledge transfer

Establishing strategic partnerships to enhance change management initiatives and information sharing

Mentoring and guiding junior members in the Change Management Unit and Office of Strategy Management

Providing secretariat support for management meetings and retreats

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance or related field

Minimum 8 years' experience in strategy, corporate development or change management within large matrix organisations

Strategy or management consulting experience is advantageous

Healthcare sector knowledge and/or start-up experience is beneficial

Strong expertise in operating model strategy and business case development

Demonstrated ability in structured thinking and complex problem-solving

Outstanding project and stakeholder management skills

Excellence in written and verbal communication, with strong influencing abilities

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in coaching and staff development
