Job summary

Visa Canada seeks a senior consultant to oversee high-impact engagements across North America. You will lead advisory projects, build strong client relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic guidance on payments P&L.

You will mentor teams, develop frameworks, and drive scalable consulting approaches for the VCA practice, selling and delivering solutions to financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree.
• 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in corporate and business strategy or management consulting.
• Proven ability to deliver projects and expertise in consulting methodologies.
• Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership, managerial, collaboration, and matrixed-organization capabilities.
• Experience in banking or payments P&L and profitability drivers.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree, or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree, or 2 years with a PhD
• Preferred: 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree, or 7 or more years with an Advanced Degree, or 3 or more years with a PhD
• Demonstrated experience in corporate and business strategy or management consulting roles
• Proven ability to deliver projects and expertise in consulting methodologies
• Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Leadership, managerial, collaboration, and matrixed-organization capabilities
• Demonstrated project management skills managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
