This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing innovator in a technically challenging and rewarding role. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Development Manager, the Senior Machine Learning Engineer will lead the development and enhancement of cutting‑edge machine learning models and advanced analytics that directly drive customer value. Leveraging deep expertise in ML algorithms and large‑scale data modeling, you will conduct research, experiment with novel techniques, and deploy innovative solutions that shape our predictive insights. You'll collaborate closely with data engineers and product teams across the organization to ensure our products leverage best‑in‑class AI capabilities, delivering robust, scalable, and impactful solutions.
We are a remote first company with an office hub located in Toronto, supporting team building and social connectivity with virtual and in‑person collaborative work sessions, team meetings and socials.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $165,000 CAD. This range represents ODAIA's good‑faith estimate based on current market data and internal equity. Final compensation is determined through a comprehensive review of the successful candidate’s unique skill set, specialized experience, and relevant certifications. As such, the final offer may vary based on these specific factors. Salary expectations will be discussed collaboratively early in the process to ensure alignment. This role is also eligible for health benefits, stock options, and flexible time off policies as mentioned above.
