Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Startup or hyper-growth experience is a plus.
• Direct experience managing large-scale infrastructures is needed.
• Experience with virtualization and orchestration systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support core infrastructure systems.
• Design and maintain scalable networks.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operations.
• Set up and manage observability stacks.
• Build tooling for server discovery and automated OS deployments.
• Deploy and maintain virtualization and orchestration systems.

Skills

Expert-level Linux administration (preferably Debian/Ubuntu)

Strong MAAS / Ironic / bare-metal automation experience

Excellent networking fundamentals: VLANs, routing, VPNs

Infrastructure as Code (Ansible)

Scripting (Bash/Python)

GitOps

Monitoring and logging tools experience

Comfort with custom deployment automation (PXE, Preseed, MAAS/Ironic)

Familiarity with resource tracking and API integrations

Proven experience with OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware
