Qualifications

• Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• Completion or progression toward a finance or accounting designation (CPA, MBA, CBV or CFA).
• At least three years of relevant experience working with corporates to access the capital markets.
• At least one year of relevant experience in the Canadian capital markets.
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven analytical and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models.
• Provide advisory support on capital structure optimization and liquidity management.
