Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating rehab and recreation activities.
• Follow the physiotherapist's direction for mobility and daily living activities.
• Observe and report changes in residents' abilities to the care team.
• Demonstrate exercises and proper use of assistive devices to residents and families.
• Coordinate equipment repairs or modifications with vendors as needed.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with routine assessments.
