• Current negative TB test.
• Ability to carry or transfer up to 50lbs with assistance.
• Valid driver license with clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with maintaining their suites and social spaces.
• Maintain the major and minor mechanical systems of the building.
• Provide customer service to seniors while working in their home.
