Holiday by Atria - Bluebird Estates in Maple Ridge, BC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments and common areas in a clean, sanitary, and courteous manner, supporting residents' comfort and wellbeing.

You will perform general housekeeping, laundry, and service tasks across the community, including entryways, dining areas, hallways, and resident rooms; you will follow safety procedures, retain orders as needed, and provide friendly, responsive service to residents and

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills are required.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general housekeeping for both the Community as a whole and individual resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning main entryways, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments.
• Launder linens by washing and drying in the provided facilities.
• Follow Company sanitation and safety procedures.
• Greet residents and guests and serve meals and beverages.
• Take resident orders, serve meals and desserts, and assist with storage and delivery as needed.
• Bus and clear dishes, reset tables, and perform side work (sugar, creamer, coffeemaker maintenance).
• May perform other duties as needed.
