ICON Creative Studio in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Senior Lighting / Compositing Artist to lead lighting and look development, manage complex setups, and ensure sequence color and consistency across productions.
You will collaborate with Art Directors and other departments, push technical and creative boundaries, and support the team to deliver high-quality CG visuals on tight deadlines.

As a Senior Lighting / Compositing Artist, you will bring creative and technical expertise to the LRC team, setting the visual tone through advanced lighting and compositing techniques. You’ll manage complex lighting setups, collaborate across departments, and help maintain the overall aesthetic and technical integrity of sequences. Your problem-solving skills and artistic eye will drive visual excellence across all stages of production.
This is a Union position and the terms and conditions of employment are covered by a collective agreement.
In accordance with British Columbia's pay transparency legislation, the wage displayed reflects the minimum rate established under ICON's collective agreement. Additional compensation may be considered based on experience, qualifications, and project needs, where permitted by the collective agreement.
The wage range for this role reflects compensation across all of ICON’s projects. The final salary will be determined based on the specific position, the current show assignment, and the applicant’s experience and portfolio. This range accounts for varying levels of experience and responsibilities.
