• Minimum of four (4) years of experience practicing law, preferably in commercial leasing, procurement, asset management, and general corporate law.
• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Knowledge of litigation process and dispute resolution is an asset.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Support Real Estate and Operations teams in managing the real estate portfolio.
• Provide policy support to internal clients and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
