Job summary

Manitoba Government in Winnipeg is seeking a Legal Counsel at an advanced level to support the Office of the Registrar-General (RG). Responsibilities include legal research, drafting memoranda, and advising on real property and personal property security matters under The Real Property Act and The Personal Property Security Act.

The role requires at least ten years at the Manitoba bar or an equivalent, and membership in the Law Society of Manitoba.
