Job Description

The VP, Legal Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel and other members of the legal team on the following :

• Draft and review all private fund offering materials, partnership agreements, NDAs, and other relevant documentation
• Serve as the go-to attorney for all securities, corporate governance and regulatory matters in Canada
• Negotiate directly with fund managers and distribution agents
• Manage outside counsel
• Work with internal and external clients across Canada and the US
