Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Senior Lead, Brand Homes Operations, you will be working with our Brand Homes across the Six Pints Collective network of locations - Creemore Springs Brewery, Granville Island Brewing, Brasseur de Montréal and Trou du Diable. You will be based at the Brasseur de Montréal office located in Griffintown, just southwest of downtown.

This position reports to the Six Pints Commercial Director and is a key member of the Six Pints leadership team. You will oversee all Brand Home operations (retail, restaurant, and taproom) across Canada, playing an instrumental role in the growth and evolution of our brands in each region. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of these locations, and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities
  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of six talented colleagues, supporting their growth through career conversations and regular one-on-one coaching.
  • Acting as a strategic partner, you’ll provide executive oversight of brand homes across Canada, collaborating with local management to drive operations and revenue growth.
  • With full accountability for daily operations, you’ll manage P&L, budgeting, inventory, labour, and security, while guiding site leads through financial insights and performance reviews.
  • By leading vendor negotiations, you’ll ensure product relevance and cost-efficiency across all locations.
  • Through proactive oversight, you’ll manage construction, maintenance, and safety compliance, ensuring timely repairs and adherence to company and legal standards.
  • Supporting site managers, you’ll help shape high-impact strategies, establish measurable KPIs, maintain labour budgets, and elevate business, guest, and employee outcomes.
  • Leveraging market insights, you’ll analyze service issues and competitive trends to inform strategy, enhance processes, and strengthen operational communication.
Qualifications

  • You have a post-secondary education and experience in sales, management, or related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of account management experience.
  • You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written, to support Brand Homes across our Six Pints Collective locations in Canada.
  • You have experience in the specialty alcohol or craft beer market (asset).
  • You take a customer-first approach, using creative thinking to deliver standout solutions while balancing financial, operational, and marketing priorities.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
