Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive, related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead area, site, and corridor land use studies and master plans.
• Manage planning applications including Official Plan and Zoning By‑law Amendments.
• Prepare and present materials to clients and public meetings.
