Qualifications

  • Minimum of nine years' experience in a unionized work environment.
  • Proficiency in interpreting new legislation, policies, directives.
  • Formal investigations training would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee and labour relations operational matters.
  • Act as a trusted resource to all levels of management.
  • Provide coaching and formal training to people leaders.

Understanding of collective agreements

Education

Minimum four-year university degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Certified Human Resources Professional and/or Leader (CHRP/CHRL) is an asset
