Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in labour relations/human resources.
• Experience managing grievances on behalf of management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Labour Relations Consultants.
• Participate in collective agreement negotiations.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on labour relations matters.
