Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant laboratory work experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule incoming samples from the mine site.
• Supervise staff to carry out laboratory analysis.
• Monitor and maintain lab QC standards.
• Train and motivate staff, set goals, and assess training needs.

Skills
