Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Nine months of RN experience in the last twelve months.
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required within 3 months of hire.
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon) required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-system assessments and re-assess patient throughout hospitalization.
• Develop individual nursing plans of care and coordinate patient care activities.
• Initiate appropriate measures based on protocols for patient management.
• Evaluate assessment methods, plans of care, and patients' responses to treatment.
