Job summary

PRI Global is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer based in Vancouver. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of Java experience and be comfortable working with Kubernetes and production systems.

Key responsibilities include coding during the onsite interview and explaining system designs. Strong problem-solving skills and experience building backend services are essential. Familiarity with AWS and DevOps practices is preferred.

Mandatory Skills

• REST is required

• Docker and Kubernetes experience required
• AWS familiarity preferred, but not required
• Strong SQL experience with Oracle testing
• Unit testing using JUnit, Mockito, or EasyMock
