Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a senior Java developer to build and own the firm's strategic reference data platforms for a global bank. You will lead projects across the SDLC, collaborating with BAs, production support and infrastructure to design, develop and deploy robust solutions.

You should have 6+ years in Java with Spring, REST, SQL on Oracle, Kafka and Kubernetes, plus experience with JIRA, Git and CI/CD tools; strong analytical and communication skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of experience with Java.
• Experience with Spring, JDBC, MT, Collections, I/O.
• SQL/PL-SQL on Oracle.
• Container platforms based on Kubernetes.
• REST web services, Kafka, Redis.
• Unix commands and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with standard data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with JIRA, Harness/uDeploy, SonarQube, TeamCity, Artifactory, Git (GHE & Bitbucket).

The successful applicant will take ownership of key projects and components and will be responsible for all phases of SDLC including analysis and design, development, testing and deployment.
