Qualifications

• Experience with desktop and server operating systems required.
• Certifications: MCSE, MCSA, CompTIA Security+, Network+, A+.
• Previous Cloud administration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for incoming requests to the service desk.
• Provision and set up systems for new hires.
• Prioritize incidents and service requests based on defined processes.
• Use remote tools to resolve support requests.
• Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level as needed.
• Install and configure hardware/software components.
• Ensure antivirus software is up to date.
• Conduct server administration through Active Directory and other services.
