Pantheon Systems, Inc. in Vancouver is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for a distributed workforce across macOS, Windows, and SaaS applications.

You will own complex issues from diagnosis through resolution, partner with Security, People, and business teams, and help scale IT operations in a hybrid work environment. You will manage end-user devices with Jamf and Intune, troubleshoot Okta and MFA/SaaS access, and contribute to IT projects, documentation, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support, systems administration, or related role in SaaS/tech
• Senior individual contributor with ownership of complex issues
• Strong troubleshooting for macOS and Windows environments
• Experience managing end-user devices with Jamf or Intune
• Knowledge of identity, access concepts and Okta/SSO providers
• Ability to diagnose MFA, SSO, and provisioning issues with security best practices
• Experience supporting Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for macOS, Windows, hardware, network, and conference-room tech
• Own complex issues from diagnosis to resolution with thorough documentation
• Serve as a senior point of contact without day-to-day supervision
• Support onboarding/offboarding with device provisioning and access management
• Troubleshoot authentication and access issues (Okta, MFA, SSO)
• Manage end-user devices via MDM (Jamf, Intune) following security baselines
• Support Vancouver office tech and events with IT coordination
• Participate in IT and cross-functional projects from planning to post-launch review
• Improve IT operations by identifying recurring issues and updating knowledge articles
• Develop scripts/automation to reduce repetitive tasks and improve workflows
• Use AI-assisted ticket triage and knowledge workflows to enhance support
