Job summary

Brookfield HRS TS LP is seeking a Senior Analyst to support internal and external audits, attestations, and governance within IT Risk & Compliance. You will coordinate requests, perform control assessments, and work with stakeholders to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality audit support, remediation tracking, and governance improvements across cloud and security environments. A 2–5 year background in IT risk or audit is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for IT risk & compliance work.
• Solid understanding of IT control frameworks and compliance practices.
• Effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with GRC platforms such as OneTrust and AuditBoard.
• Understanding of cloud environments and security vulnerability management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external audits by coordinating requests and evidence gathering.
• Execute control assessments and reviews to evaluate design and operating effectiveness.
• Perform vendor risk assessments and review third-party reports.
• Validate deficiencies and track remediation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risk and recommend mitigations.
• Contribute to reporting tools and governance dashboards for IT risk & compliance.
• Support cloud and security governance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
