Qualifications

• Solid educational background in IT or substantial relevant experience.
• At least 5 years in IT infrastructure project management with tenacity and creative flair.
• Knowledge of the inner workings of an MSP, and understanding of the difference between professional services and client service management.
• Passionate about delivering a quality client experience while ensuring efficient project delivery.
• A strong understanding of what drives healthy, efficient teams.
• Holder of a PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools—your shield and armor in the battle of deadlines.
• Proven experience in managing sprawling, distributed IT deployments across physical and digital environments.
• Maestro of virtualization and networking technologies.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex project scopes into successful project outcomes.
• Expert at navigating multinational and multi-disciplinary environments.
