Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT experience with a focus on servers and networking.
• Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching fundamentals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016–2022).
• Configure and maintain networking infrastructure—firewalls, VLANs, VPNs.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity tools (EDR, ThreatLocker, Bitdefender).
• Participate in infrastructure projects—migrations, deployments, and audits.

Skills

5+ years of professional IT experience

Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP

Expertise with Microsoft 365 and Entra administration

Familiarity with NIST/CIS security controls

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
