Job summary

Grey Barn Commercial Landscaping seeks a Certified Arborist for hands-on tree care and field leadership in Northwest Arkansas. You will prune, remove, plant, and supervise chainsaw work while upholding safety standards.

You will also identify hazardous trees, support sales with accurate labor estimates, and mentor Crew Leaders on best practices in pruning, rigging, and tree health. This is a dynamic, field-focused role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist credential.
• 5+ years of professional arboriculture experience.
• Ability to estimate labor hours for tree work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to perform physical field work.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead tree pruning, removals, planting, and chainsaw work.
• Identify hazardous or declining trees and opportunities for the Sales/Account Management team.
• Assist sales by estimating labor hours, crew size, and equipment for tree work.
• Review larger/complex tree estimates before proposals.
• Train and coach Crew Leaders and field employees on pruning, planting, and chainsaw safety.
