In this role, you will :

1. Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable iOS applications using Swift and the iOS SDK.
2. Technical Leadership : Serve as a technical expert on iOS projects, providing guidance on best practices and emerging trends in iOS development.
3. Code Quality & Reviews : Participate actively in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and reliability standards are met.
4. Mentorship : Coach and mentor junior iOS developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
5. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, Backend, Product, Design) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
6. Performance Optimization : Optimize applications for speed, stability, and scalability, proactively identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have :

1. Experience : 5+ years of professional iOS development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality apps to the App Store.
2. Strong proficiency in Swift (Objective-C familiarity is a bonus).
3. Deep understanding of iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.).
4. Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
5. Proficiency with iOS design patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, VIPER).
6. Knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and best practices for iOS design.
7. Familiarity with Xcode, CocoaPods / Swift Package Manager, version control (Git), and continuous integration platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
8. Experience with automated testing frameworks and UI testing.
9. Comfortable working in Agile or Scrum environments, with experience in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
10. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
12. Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
