Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Senior iOS Developer to join a collaborative mobile engineering team supporting a large iOS ecosystem. You will design, develop, and deliver scalable, reliable iOS experiences across multiple product streams, contributing to modern mobile applications.

This role emphasizes ownership, curiosity, and rapid contribution within a complex codebase, including work in retail/eCommerce environments and with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering experience with significant native iOS development.
• 3+ years of hands-on iOS development with Swift and SwiftUI, recent production-level SwiftUI experience.
• Experience with iOS performance/monitoring tools (Xcode Instruments, Firebase).
• Experience with modular or package-based iOS architectures (Swift Package Manager).
• Experience supporting and optimizing production-level mobile applications.
• Hands-on coding in current/recent role (not architecture- or leadership-only).
• Experience in retail or eCommerce environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot).

Insight Global is looking for a hands‑on Senior iOS Developer to join a collaborative mobile engineering team supporting a large, evolving iOS ecosystem. This engineer will contribute to modern mobile applications and work across multiple product streams, helping design, develop, and deliver scalable, reliable iOS experiences.

This is not a role where seniority is defined solely by years of experience. We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong technical capability, ownership, confidence, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly. The right person will be comfortable entering a complex environment, navigating a large existing codebase, and becoming a meaningful contributor quickly.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering experience, with significant native iOS development experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing native iOS applications with Swift and SwiftUI, with recent production‑level SwiftUI experience.
• Experience with iOS performance and monitoring tools such as Xcode Instruments and Firebase
• Experience working within modular or package‑based iOS architectures, ideally using Swift Package Manager.
• Experience supporting and optimizing production‑level mobile applications.
• Hands‑on coding experience in their current/recent role. This is not an architecture‑only or leadership‑only position.
• Experience developing solutions within retail or eCommerce environments.
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot while independently reviewing and validating generated code.
