Qualifications

About You:

  • You have a post-secondary education.
  • Ideally have 1-3 years’ experience in Client Services
  • Possess excellent MS Office suite skills; strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of hedge or mutual fund industry and concepts preferred
  • Experience in Investor Relations, as it relates to a transfer agency environment, is preferred
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong client service skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, and conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Maintain quality and focus while working through repetitive tasks
  • Work independently and understand when to escalate
  • Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures

Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Review the subscription agreements of Investor Relations administration staff.
  • Follow up with Investors on missing documentation
  • Maintain all electronic and physical Investor records
  • Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned
  • Prepare and review daily and weekly performance releases
  • Produce investor statements and correspondence
  • Assist with the appropriate handling of Fund Manager and investor calls and emails
  • Assist with various projects as assigned
