What you will do

We’re looking for a Senior Inventory Planning Analyst (Contract) to join our team on a contractual basis and help drive smart, data-driven inventory decisions. In this role, you’ll analyze inventory health and performance metrics to optimize supply levels, reduce waste, and ensure product availability. You’ll be a key player in managing safety stock, planning last-time buys, and supporting product lifecycle changes—all while collaborating across teams to support business goals. If you have a sharp analytical mind, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy solving complex problems, this role is for you.

  • Perform quarterly Safety Stock / Reorder Point and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) analysis and provide recommendations that will support OTIF targets and optimize inventory levels.
  • Analyze larger / bulk inventory purchases to assess the financial impact on the business and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare and present inventory insights for the monthly business reviews.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using advanced data analytics and visualization tools to monitor supply chain health.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements in inventory planning processes, tools, and systems to drive supply chain optimization.
  • Lead PLCM activities to ensure inventory optimization and minimal product write-offs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the Inventory Planning function, collaborating cross-functionally with IBP, Finance, and Commercial teams.

What you need

Required Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in inventory management, business management, finance, supply chain management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PowerBI.
