Responsibilities:

  • Provide space planning and design concepts that meet project requirements and building codes
  • Research and select appropriate finishes and furnishings within budget
  • Manage project timelines, budget, and quality from start to finish
  • Mentor and manage junior design team members
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Occasional travel to the United States required

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Hospitality Design, including senior living and furniture design
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design
  • Strong working knowledge of tender documents preparation & issuance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-up, and Illustrator
