Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with insurance companies to process total loss claims.
• Track lease VINs and ensure accuracy of data files sent to vendors.
• Process ancillary insurance cancellations and rebates with vendors.

Skills

Bilingual in English and French

Advanced user of LOS and V8 systems

Strong prioritization skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Ability to manage customer interactions

Strong understanding of auto lease agreements

Education

High school diploma
