Job description
Senior Implementation Consultant (Workfront), Fixed Term

We are pioneers at heart. What this means is that we are always leaning forward, thinking of what we can create tomorrow that does not exist today. We were born digital and are a new model of agency, with a deep skillset in tech and marketing. That’s why we hire curious, self-driven, talented people who never stop innovating.

Our culture is big enough to cope and small enough to care. With people across 20+ countries, we’re big enough to provide you with the best tools, global opportunities, and benefits that help you thrive. While acting small by investing in you, your growth, your team, and giving you the autonomy to solve our clients' problems, no matter where you are in the world.

This is a 3 month fixed‑term salaried contract, located in Ontario Canada – preferably in Toronto.

About You:

You are a strategic, client‑facing Sr. Implementation Consultant focused on driving digital transformation through best‑in‑class work management solutions. Your primary mission is to ensure our top‑tier enterprise clients achieve measurable business success through the strategic implementation of Adobe Workfront. You are an expert at assessing client needs, designing complex workflows, and configuring enterprise‑level Workfront solutions. You thrive on increasing solution adoption, integrating Workfront across the full Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (AEM, AJO, etc.), and providing the change management and process optimization guidance that delivers lasting business value.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and configure enterprise‑level business process solutions using Adobe Workfront to achieve client business objectives.
  • Align Workfront with other Adobe products within the content supply chain (e.g., Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Campaign, Marketo, Target).
  • Lead customers through strategic implementations and develop solution designs that provide strategic value while solving near‑term business problems.
  • Increase the adoption of Workfront by identifying and solving unidentified client problems, significantly enhancing business value.
  • Create essential implementation artifacts, including project plans, design documents, templates, layouts, queues, custom forms, reports, and more.
  • Deliver high‑quality consulting services for Workfront implementation and go‑live success.
  • Serve as a business process workflow/configuration Subject Matter Expert for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide knowledge resources and escalation support for clients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of DEPT®'s product and implementation methodologies.
  • Be willing and able to travel up to 20% (and occasionally up to 50% for specific engagements) to support client needs.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree and proven business process consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an onsite business process/management consultant, specifically with Adobe Workfront.
  • Understanding and experience with the larger Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products, especially AEM, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Campaign, Target, and other personalization tools.
  • A proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end solutions for enterprise organizations (5,000+ employees).
  • Experience in change management methodologies is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and document business processes (documentation examples available upon request).
  • High technical aptitude, with experience in API‑driven integrations, migrations, and enhancements recommended.
  • Experience working with 3rd‑party software integrations and proficiency in RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and relationship skills, including empathy, effective communication, self‑awareness, self‑regulation, and motivation.
  • Strong analytical skills to draw connections between disparate problems and solutions.
  • The ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize your personal workload effectively.
  • Leadership skills to drive adoption over complexity and perfection.
  • A strong desire to learn and teach others.

Benefits:

  • 10 paid sick days off, not pro‑rata.
  • A flexible, hybrid working policy.
  • Buddy Program: You will be paired with a ‘Buddy’ to help you through your first weeks at DEPT®.
  • DEPT® is a Certified B Corp® since 2021 and has been named ‘Agency of the Year’ at both The Lovies and The Webby Awards.
  • Awesome clients: You’ll get the opportunity to work with clients of all sizes and across all industries.
  • Ongoing training, development, and certifications.
  • Global annual DEPT® Cares Month where employees donate their skills to support local charities.
  • Office perks in our Toronto office: biweekly breakfasts and lunches, free snacks, and regular team events.
