Job summary

Lockheed Martin Canada is seeking sustainment engineering personnel to support the direction and supervision of integrated logistics support (ILS) analysis across multiple programs. You will work with the technical team and key stakeholders to ensure sustainment solutions meet client needs and report to the ILS first-line manager.

The role requires seasoned engineering expertise, with strong knowledge of ILS and cost-effectiveness across design and long-term sustainment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of naval platforms, including Halifax class frigate or equivalent.
• Maritime combat systems knowledge: radars, CMS, comms, weapons, navigation, EW.
• Experience with DOORS, JIRA, Windchill, Confluence, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support ILS analysis and direction for multiple programs and proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure sustainment solutions meet client needs.
• Report to ILS first-line manager and support technical teams across projects.
