Job summary

Ensero Solutions is seeking a Supervisor – Hydrogeology to lead field programs, supervise junior team members, and deliver hydrogeology data for remediation and mining projects across Canada.

You will design groundwater studies, integrate data into models, prepare technical reports, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients and regulators while traveling to field sites in BC and Yukon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, chemistry or engineering.
• Post-graduate degree in Geoscience or Engineering with a hydrogeology focus.
• 10+ years in consulting or mining with hydrogeologic data collection and analysis.
• Experience leading technical projects and teams.
• Willingness to travel to field sites in BC and Yukon.

Responsibilities

• Provide hydrogeological input to projects across Ensero.
• Communicate groundwater data analyses and prepare reports.
• Design groundwater programs for contaminant transport and remediation planning.
• Integrate groundwater inputs into geochemical and water-balance models.
• Oversee groundwater field programs: sampling, borehole drilling, monitoring wells, tracer studies.
• Lead data quality and data management for hydrogeology projects.
