Responsibilities
  • Lead HR programs across Canada, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
  • Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Advise leadership on workforce planning, performance, and engagement.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
  • Drive change management and foster a positive culture.
  • Travel as required to support multiple sites.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s an asset).
  • 8–10 years HR experience, with 5+ in senior leadership.
  • Retail and multi-location experience required.
  • Bilingual (English / French).
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven leadership and executive partnership skills.
