We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Senior HR Manager to lead our HR function and support a growing head office team of approximately 40 employees. This is a part-time role requiring 20 hrs per week, including 2 days in the Burnaby office. The schedule will provide a balance of in-person collaboration with leadership, managers, and employees, along with flexibility to complete HR work independently. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Administration, this is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic HR guidance with day-to-day execution. The Senior HR Manager will advise leadership, support managers and employees, oversee core HR programs, and ensure our people practices remain compliant, practical, and aligned with the company’s growth.
