This role focuses on leading safety initiatives on high-impact infrastructure projects and requires over 5 years of leadership experience in health & safety. The ideal candidate will effectively collaborate with teams and regulatory bodies to drive safety improvements and ensure compliance across multiple worksites. The position is contract-to-hire, with a salary between $50.00 - $67.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a health & safety leadership or mentoring role.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and equipment.
• Experience supporting projects with budgets over $400 million.

Responsibilities

• Implement health & safety programs at project sites.
• Collaborate with HS&E Program Manager for safety systems.
• Lead investigations for major incidents.
