In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the Compensation team through recurring workforce reporting, position and recruiting analytics, data integrity activities, compliance reporting, and program support. The successful candidate will maintain accurate workforce, position, compensation, and equity-related data; prepare regular and ad hoc reports for HR, leadership, and executive audiences; and contribute to projects that improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and decision-making.
