Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Experience in a unionized environment (Ontario and Quebec) is highly valued.
- PCP designation or equivalent payroll experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and retention initiatives.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide basic payroll support.
- Manage employee relations and leave administration.
- Oversee HR operations in unionized environments across Ontario and Quebec.
Skills
HRIS experience — Dayforce preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to travel and build relationships across multiple locations
Education
Degree in Human Resources or related field
