Job summary

A municipal government is looking for an HR professional to assist their advisory team in supporting recruitment and selection processes in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business, preferably with a human resources focus, and at least five years of related experience. They need excellent communication and facilitation skills, along with strong organizational abilities.   • Assist HR team in supporting frontline managers.

  • Lead recruitment and selection efforts.
  • Perform System Administrator function for e-recruit software.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of HR policies.
