Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role required.
• Three to five years of management experience in a Human Resources capacity required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in all stages of recruitment and selection process.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Communicate company driven programs to management and employees.
• Assist management with performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State Law requirements.
• Conduct exit interviews and track employee turnover.
