Qualifications
- At least 5 years of human resources experience with 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Knowledge of Canadian employment and labor legislation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Oversee and manage all leave of absence cases.
- Assist the Director of HR with the performance review process.
